Central United Methodist Church, Linwood, New Jersey recently celebrated our church’s achievements. We are a reflection of every person associated with our church. The South Jersey community knows us for our work beyond the walls. Our growth is a reflection of our how we truly welcome each person with open hearts and a joy that comes from worshiping together.

When you think about the number of people involved in our music ministries, in our youth ministries, and in the missions of this church you can’t help but be impressed.  We refuse to sit back to reflect on how well we do things because we are busy striving to make new disciples for Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

This is an exciting time in our life together as a church family. There are great opportunities for growth for Central United Methodist Church.  We want you to part of that great effort and we are asking you and every other member and attender of our church to prayerfully consider your role in the church. When you pray ask God this question, “What part do you want me to play in this adventure?

Are you visiting for the first time and looking for a way to get connected? We are eager to welcome you to our website and if you live in the area, to our church home. Browse this website and look at the good God is bringing. Look at the faces with whom God is calling you to share the joy. May this website be one more reminder that God is good, All the time! And all the time, God is good!

Sunday morning education, holiday programs, missions initiatives, music ministries, youth groups and family events create connections with children and families. These are some of the ways we are making a difference as we reach out to the residents of Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point, Egg Harbor Township, and other southern New Jersey communities. We are continually enlarging our ministries’ territories as we meet the needs of people spiritually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
